I cannot say enough wonderful things about Adjusting & Inspection Services, Inc.! I have trusted this company with my home-inspection needs for many years and have confidently referred them to others.Tariq recently completed both my four-point and wind-mitigation inspections, and once again, the service was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and—equally important—genuinely caring. He takes the time to answer questions, explain his findings, and ensure that everything is accurate and clearly documented. When a report needed to be updated, he responded promptly and handled it without hesitation. That level of professionalism, integrity, and personal attention is exactly why I continue to choose Adjusting & Inspection Services, Inc. year after year. Finding a company you can truly trust with something as important as your home is invaluable. I highly recommend Tariq and his company without reservation!

We've used Tariq's services twice and he has delivered an outstanding report at each instance. The icing on the cake is the fact that he makes himself available even after delivery of the report for any additional questions or concerns.

We used this company for a condo inspection. Very happy to say Tariq was our inspector. He was polite and professional from the very first phone call. Was able to see the property the very next day which helps out when under contract time restraints. His inspection report was honest and thorough. I received my report timely and I appreciated the ease of booking and paying online. Would recommend Tariq to anyone looking for 5 star service and integrity.
